The mysterious guitar player drawn on this t-shirt is one of those unplanned events, that sometimes happen during sketching sessions. You keep doodling not reflecting too much upon what's going on, and suddenly end up with something interesting. An attempt to directly connect the subconscious to pencil and paper. The only thing left to do at this point is to patiently clean up, detalize, and finish the drawing.
